摘 要:共享发展是以人民为中心经济发展思想的重要内容。绿色就业发展是提高就业率、促进人民参与经济发展共建和提高经济社会发展成果共享度的重要途径。共享经济发展下中国绿色就业战略转型面临的困境在于产业结构约束抑制绿色就业岗位的有效供给、机制体制约束构成绿色就业岗位供给的内在障碍、高成本约束弱化绿色就业岗位创造和转换的动力。应完善促进绿色就业的政策支撑体系;优化产业结构,扩大绿色就业容量;构建绿色就业培训制度,提高劳动者绿色就业能力。Shared development is an important content of people-centered economic development. Green employment development is to improve the employment rate, promote people to participate in economic development and build people to share the economic and social development of the degree of sharing an important way. Under the shared economic development, the plight of the transformation of China's green employment strategy lies in the restraint of industrial structure to restrain the effective supply of green jobs, and the institutional restraints constitute the inherent obstacles to the supply of green jobs, and the high cost constraints weaken the motive power of green job creation and conversion. We should improve the policy support system to promote green employment, optimize the industrial structure, expand the green employment capacity, construct the green employment training system and improve the green employability of labors.
