美国农业金融体系研究及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：美国农业金融体系可分成商业性质金融体系、政策性质金融体系、合作性质金融体系和农业保险体系。文章认为,我国农业金融体系存在立法滞后、金融服务水平低下、政策执行不到位等问题,对比研究美国农业金融体系,我国应创新农业金融体系,创新农业金融的产品和服务,完善农业金融的相关法律法规。American agricultural financial system can be divided into four parts： commercial financial system, policy based financial system, cooperative financial system and agricultural insurance system. China＇s agricultural financial system has the following problems： legislation is lagging behind agricultural development, financial service level is low, and policy implementation is not in place. The study of American agricultural financial system has the enlightenment fimction to China＇s agriculture financial system construction.
