康妇炎胶囊抗炎镇痛的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究康妇炎胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性和琼脂致小鼠皮下肉芽肿实验观察康妇炎胶囊的抗炎作用,采用热板法和扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果康妇炎胶囊能够显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,显著降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,抑制小鼠皮下肉芽肿的形成;并明显降低热刺激所致的小鼠痛阈值,减少小鼠的扭体次数。结论康妇炎胶囊对炎症有明显的抑制作用,且有一定的镇痛效果。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Kangfuyan capsules. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Kangfuyan capsules was observed by xylene-induced mouse auricle edema, acetic acid-induced mouse penetration of capillary vessels, and mouse subcutaneous agar-induced granulation test. The analgesic effect of Kangfuyan capsules was observed by hot plate method and body twist method. Results Kangfuyan capsules significantly inhibited xylene-induced mouse auricle edema, reduced acetic acid-in- duced mouse penetration of capillary vessels, and inhibited proliferation of mouse subcutaneous granuloma. Besides, Kangfuyan capsules significantly decreased pain thresholds of mice caused by thermal stimulation and reduced the times of mouse body torsion. Conclusion Kangfuyan capsules have certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
