摘　　要：论文选取我国五家大型国有控股商业银行及八家股份制商业银行为例,通过整理、分析近五年来各银行的资本结构,结合《巴塞尔协议Ⅲ》的要求,为我国股份制改革提出了一定的合理化建议。This paper takes 5 state-owned commercial banks and 8 joint stock commercial banks as examples, by arranging and analyzing the capital structure of the banks in the past five years, combining with the requirements of ＂Basel Agreement III＂, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the reform of the shareholding system in our cotmtry.
