益气活血解毒方联合西药治疗经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后心绞痛患者46例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒方治疗经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择PCI术后心绞痛患者91例,随机分为治疗组46例,对照组45例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组再给予养心氏片,每次1.8 g,每日3次;治疗组再给予益气活血解毒方,每日1剂。两组疗程均为4周。治疗后观察两组患者心绞痛、心电图及中医证候疗效,治疗前后检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)。结果治疗组心绞痛、心电图及中医证候疗效总有效率分别为86.96%、69.57%、93.48%,对照组分别为68.89%、46.67%、77.78%,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、IL-6水平降低,HDL-C升高(P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组较对照组hs-CRP、IL-6水平降低明显(P<0.01)。结论益气活血解毒方能够缓解PCI术后心绞痛,抑制炎症反应,从而保护血管内皮功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Fang in treating angina pectoris patients after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods Ninety one cases of angina pectoris patients after PCI were randomly divided into treatment group（46 cases） and control group（45 cases）. The two groups were both given basic treatment. In addition,the control group was given Yangxinshi Tablet（养心氏片）,1. 8 g each time,three times daily. Treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Fang,1 dose daily. The two groups both were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment,the efficacy for angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and Chinese medical syndrome in the two groups were observed separately. Changes in levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP） and interleukin-6（IL-6） were separately tested before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates of the efficacy for angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and Chinese medicine syndrome in treatment group were86. 96%,69. 57% and 93. 48% respectively. The effective rates in control group were 68. 89%,46. 67% and77. 78% respectively. The effective rates in treatment group were all higher than those in control group（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. In the two groups,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and IL-6 after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the level of HDL-C after treatment was higher than that before treatment（P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly decreased in treatment group compared with those in control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Fang could alleviate angina pectoris after PCI and restrain inflammation to protect the function of vascular endothelium.
