论＂中国梦＂的人权意蕴

摘　　要：中国梦是中国人民的幸福梦,是中国人民的人权梦。"中国梦"的核心价值是尊重和保障人权,这既是中华民族的共同理想,也是国际社会的广泛共识,还是人民幸福的内在要求。"中国梦"具有鲜明的人权特色,国家富强、民族振兴与人民幸福紧密相连,集体人权与个体人权有机统一。推进"四个全面"战略布局,共圆中国人权梦,要求秉承以人为本理念,发展经济确保人权;秉持执政为民理念,改善民生促进人权;坚持和谐发展理念,统筹兼顾落实人权;坚守依法治国理念,完善法治维护人权。China Dream carries a dream of Chinese people＇s happiness and Chinese people＇s human fights. The core values of China Dream are respecting and safeguarding human rights, which is the common ideals of the Chinese nation, the consensus of the international community and the inherent requirement of the people＇s happiness. China Dream possess a distinct characteristic of human rights： national prosperity and rejuvenation, social harmony closely linking people＇s well-being; collective human rights and individual human rights uniting organically. To lead the new normal of ＂Four Comprehensives＂, and fulfill Chinese people＇s dream of human rights, we should adhere to the people-oriented concept, develop the economy to ensure human rights; uphold the concept of governing for the people, improve people＇ s livelihood to promote human rights; adhere to the concept of harmonious development, make overall plans to enforce human rights; stick to the rule of law concept, improve the rule of law to safeguard the human rights.
