新形势下党的群众工作存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：当前,社会发展日新月异,党的群众工作出现了诸多新问题,制约着党的群众工作健康发展,主要是对群众呼声的回应性迟缓,政策输出的透明性缺乏,群众工作的责任性缺失,社会治理的法治性缺位。努力做好党的群众工作,需要从四个方面着手:以回应群众呼声来加深群众对党的感情认同,以密切党群关系来巩固群众对党的利益认同,以增强政策输出透明性来夯实群众对党的权力认同,以依法行政来增强群众对群众工作的法理认同。At present, with the development of the ever-changing society, the CPC＇s mass work has confi＇onted with many new problems which restrict the sound development of mass work. It is mainly embodied in the Party＇s tardy response to people＇s voices, lack of policy transparency, lack of responsibility for the mass work, and absence of rule of law in social govemance. In order to buttress the mass work, we need to work on the following four aspects： being responsive to people＇s voices to improve people＇s identification with the Party, strengthening the relationship between the Party and the mass to ameliorate people＇s identification with the Party＇s interest, enhancing the policy transparency to boost people＇s identification of with the Party＇s power, and promoting law-based administration to better people＇s identification with the Party＇s legal principles.
