摘　　要：医患关系紧张是当下一个被广泛热议的共同话题,也是一个困扰和纠结多方的社会难题。它的形成既有医患微观层次的导火源头,更有社会宏观层面的深部原因。基于体制机制,法律道德,人际沟通,诊断治疗,经费支出,综合治理,关联文化等方面的社会成因探索及其在此基础上的"对症下药",或为长久的"治本之策"。Currently, the tense doctor-patient relationship, whose triggers are from at the doctor-patient level and deep causes at social macro level, has become a hot issue as well as a tangled social problem.The social sources should be studied based on the system mechanism, legal ethics, interpersonal communication, diagnosis and treatment, expenditure, relevant culture and apt and specific ways should be found to solve the problem, which may become a long-term fundamental policy to ease the tense doctor-patient relationship.
