摘　　要：陵水黎族自治县旅游业在快速发展的同时也存在问题。陵水应充分利用其独有的政策、资源、区位和后发优势,深挖民俗文化潜力、做强做大"珍珠海岸"品牌、借力先行试验区优惠政策和大三亚旅游圈的便利、合理规划优质旅游资源和依靠政府的主导与扶持,努力建成世界一流的海岛休闲度假旅游目的地。Lingshui Li autonomous county has gained a rapid development of tourism, at the same time there are some problems to be solved. Lingshui should make full a of advantages, as of its own policies, resources, unique location, as well as its nnderdevelopment potential economy, to develop the folk culture, to build ＂pearl coast＂ brand, and the first experimental zone based on its prefelntial policies and the convenient location of great Sanya tourism industry, so as to realize reasonable planning of build a world class destination quality tourism resources and under the government＇s leading and support, making efforts to for island leisure tourism
