摘  要:近几年来,随着计算机信息技术的不断发展,BIM技术在工程建设领域中逐渐得到广泛应用。在青岛董家口经济区海水淡化PPP项目工程设计中,以Archi CAD为三维设计平台,实践BIM技术在海水淡化工程设计中的应用,包括可视化建模、碰撞检测、材料统计和多样化出图等内容。实践证明,BIM技术的应用,不仅能够大大提高工作效率,还能减少设计变更,控制工程材料成本,带来良好的经济效益。In recent years, with the continuous development of computer and information technologies, BIM technology has gradually been widely applied in the field of engineering. In the design of seawater desalination PPP project in Qingdao Dongjiakou economic zone, BIM technology was adopted with ArchiCAD as 3D design platform. Some items such as visual modeling, collision detection, material statistics and diversified drawing were included in BIM technology. It has been proven that BIM technology could not only improve efficiency, but also reduce design changes, control the cost of engineering material and get good economic benefits.
