摘 要:建于自重湿陷性场地的大型给水厂需全部消除地基湿陷性,选择适宜的处理方法是决定处理效果的关键。灰土挤密法作为一种常用的处理方法,其成孔方式的选择直接影响灰土挤密桩的实施效果和消除湿陷性的处理效果,同时设计中应将理论公式与实际土质参数、地方经验紧密结合。以某大型给水厂地基处理为例,介绍了灰土挤密桩的设计及灰土挤密法的施工要点。该工程已投入运行,结构安全可靠,效果良好。The collapsibility of the foundation must be eliminated completely to stability of large water supply plant in the self weight collapsible site. The appropriate ensure the firmness treatment method is the key point leading to the good effect. As a common method, the pore-forming mode has a direct influ- ence on the implementation of the lime soil compaction pile and the treatment effect of the collapsibility. The actual soil parameters and local experience should be combined tightly in the project design. The lime-soil piles method applied to treat the foundation in a large-scale water supply plant is taken as an example. The key points of design and construction process were introduced. It showed that the structure was safe and reliable, and the effect was good after the project were put into operation.
