摘　　要：通过梳理影响海尔集团技术创新模式的主要因素,建立相关子系统的因果回路图,根据各影响因素之间的因果逻辑关系并借助VENSIM建模软件建立模型,进行模拟仿真。通过仿真结果发现该技术创新模式存在的问题,提出相关建议,以期能够在类似企业进行推广。Firstly in this paper, we will establish relevant subsystems causal loop diagram by analyzing the main factors influencing the technology innovation model. Secondly we will use the VENSIM modeling software to establish a model based on the logical causal relationship between various influencing factors. And the simulation is carried out finally. We will find some problems and put forward some relevant suggestions through the simuhtion results of this technology innovation model so that it can carry on the promotion in the similar enterprises.
