摘　　要：今年以来，伴随市场资金面的转向以及监管风力的不断升级，资管行业压力凸显。文章指出，在兼顾去杠杆与市场稳定平衡的前提下，严格审慎的监管有利于资管业务的长远健康发展，另一方面，基金资管应立即着手参照监管的要求，全面推进资管业务的升级，以迎接新的机遇与挑战。Ever since early this year, along with the tightening up of market liquidity and the strengthening of financial regulation, the asset management industry has been under unprecedented pressure. The paper points out that, based on the premise of a good balancing between deleveraging and market stability, a strict and prudential regulation will be conducive to the longterm healthy development of the asset management business, As for the asset management of fund companies, it needs to be upgraded according to the regulatory requirements to embrace the new opportunities and challenges.
