摘 要:针对目前油井套管固井灌浆过程中浆体的实时状态难以准确描述与呈现的问题,提出了一种灌浆过程仿真方法。方法针对油井灌浆过程的数据特征,首先基于油井的形状数据建立油井的井筒分段及其静态模型;然后针对每一时刻的灌浆浆体动态数据,实时建立与井简分段形状匹配的浆体段动态模型;所有内管型和环空型流体段,分别按井深值顺序连接,并设置静态模型和动态模型的纹理图片;最终依次绘制所有模型从而获得各时刻的灌浆过程仿真展示结果。实验结果表明,上述方法能够对油井灌浆过程进行仿真,对浆体的实时状态实现准确描述与呈现,仿真与展示算法效率能满足实时交互要求。To accurately describe and present the real time state of the slurry, a simulation method for cementing process of oil well is proposed. The processing model is designed to adapt the data in the oil well grouting. The pit shaft segment and its static model are established based on the shape data of the oil well. The dynamic model of grou- ting slurry is established in accordance with the pit shaft segment for dynamic data of each moment. All inner and an- nular fluid sections are connected in accordance with the sequence of well depth and its logical connection relation. Texture images are set for static models and dynamic models. The final simulation for each moment is obtained by rendering all the models in the whole system. The simulation results denote the method can achieve the intuitive and accurate expression for cementing process of oil well. The method can simulate and present the dynamic procedure in real time.
