摘 要:对远程医疗陪护视觉图像进行有效及时的监控,可以对患者出现的突发状况进行有效处理,延长患者的生命。进行远程医疗陪护视觉图像监控时,需要对监控图像中各个像素值在灰度空间上的分散程度进行分析,并对监控图像进行滤波处理,但是传统方法没有考虑到各个像素值在灰度空间上的分散程度,缺少图像滤波的依据,导致监护图像不清晰,医生不能及时识别患者突发情况,存在监控误差大、效率低的问题。提出采用智能视觉的远程医疗陪护视觉图像监控方法。对陪护环境图像进行实时采集和预处理,对图像中的噪声和扰流进行滤波,计算各个图像帧的多尺度熵及多尺度熵矢量,构建医疗陪护监控图像的连续粗粒化的时间序列,利用多尺度熵矢量间的绝对距离发现图像集合各帧间差异,有效地完成了对远程医疗陪护监控。仿真结果表明,所提方法有效解决了对医疗陪护监控的难题,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。It can deal with the emergency of patient and proiong life to monitor the visual image of telemedicine care effectively and timely. The visual image monitoring needs to analyze the dispersion degree of each pixel value in the gray space and to make filtering process to the monitoring image. However, traditional method does not consider the dispersion degree of each pixel value in the gray space. It leads to big monitoring error and poor efficiency. A vis- ual image monitoring method of telemedicine care is proposed. The caring environment image is collected and prepro- cessed. Then the filtering process is made to the image' s noise and disturbed flow. The multi-scale entropy and muhi-scale entropy vector of each image frame is also calculated. The time series of monitoring image with constant coarse graining is built. Finally, the difference among each frame of image set is discovered by using the absolute dis- tance among multi-scare entropy vectors, and the monitoring of telemedieine care is completed. The simulation re- sults show that the method mentioned above can solve the monitoring problem of telemedicine care. It has great eco- nomic benefit and social benefit.
