摘　　要：齐墩果酸是一种存在于植物中的五环三萜类天然产物,具有广泛的生物活性。为了克服齐墩果酸抗肿瘤活性不强、水溶性较差,以及生物利用度低等缺点,近年来人们对其结构进行了许多修饰与改造工作,发现了一些具有潜在应用价值的齐墩果酸类似物。本文对近年来齐墩果酸衍生物的合成、抗癌活性及构效关系研究进行了综述,旨在为齐墩果酸的研究提供帮助。Oleanolic acid is an important pentacyclic triterpenoid existed in many natural plants, and shows diverse activities. To overcome its disadvantages, such as moderate anticancer activity, poor water solubility and low bioavailability, in recent years, people have paid much effort to modificate the structure of oleanolic acid, and some potential analogues have been found. In this article, the progress in structure modifications, antineoplastic activities and structure-activity relationship of oleanolic acid in recent years will be reviewed for providing beneficial instructions for the research of oleanolic acid.
