典当行业现状及反思——基于浙江省典当行业的问卷调查分析

摘　　要：近几年典当行业的发展减缓,面临较大冲击,收入、利润锐减,绝当额增加。在面临如此困境下,本文对浙江省典当行业中的452家典当企业进行问卷调查,利用回收的问卷,对典当行业现状和发展进行分析,把握典当行业资产、业务、绝当品处理、盈利能力和创新发展思路五个方面的情况,总结浙江省典当行业存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。The development of the pawn industry is slowing downin recent years, and the pawn industry is facing a large shock. Income and profit drop sharply, and the amount of dead pawns increases.This paper shows the results of a questionnaire survey on 452 pawn enterprises in Zhejiang province. The current situation and development of the pawn industry are analyzed. We sum up the problems in pawn industry in Zhejiang province from five aspects, including assets, business, dead pawnage disposal, profitability as well as innovation and development ideas.At the end of the paper, we put forward the corresponding recommendations.
