摘　　要：生命政治既是审视全球反恐治理的一个全新视角,也是当代国际反恐政治重要的构成维度。当前反恐时代的生命政治突出地表现为对生命权力的社会建构、对生命健康的卫生治理以及对生命价值的双重标准的衡量。对反恐时代生命政治的反思,旨在反映当前反恐治理面临的双重威胁:一方面是恐怖主义及其行为实践本身造成的现实威胁,另一方面则是反恐实践行动中的权力扩张与价值撕裂。因此,在对当前反恐时代的生命政治进行重构的过程中,践行化敌为友的"协和"精神远比树敌后再改造与消灭的"同化"举措更加契合世界政治视域下反恐治理的基本旨向。Biopolitics is both a brand-new perspective to observe global counter-terrorism governance and an important part of counter-terrorism politics in the contemporary world.Biopolitics in the current era of counter-terrorism highlights the social construction of biopower,the health governance of a political life and the double standards of the value of life.Making reflections on these phenomena is aimed at pointing out the dual threats to the governance of counter-terrorism,which comes on one hand from terrorism itself,and on the other hand from the power expansion and conflicts between the different values arising in the practice of counter-terrorism.In the reconstruction of biopolitics in the era of counter-terrorism,a strategy aimed at achieving compatibility between different international actors should be undertaken rather than the assimilation policy.
