摘 要:为研究绝缘子自然积污试验数据的可信度与准确性,以瓷绝缘子和复合绝缘子为试品进行人工染污试验,探讨不同测量方法对绝缘子表面盐密和灰密的影响。结果表明:在相同的测量方式下,传统法测量盐密灰密的效果比专业试纸、湿巾、棉球擦拭等方法好;受污情况越严重,各种测量方式的测量结果差距也越大。Abstraet: To study the reliability and accuracy of natural contamination test data for insulators, artificial contamination tests were conducted on porcelain insulator and composite insulator, and the effects of different measuring methods on the salt deposit density (ESDD) and dust density (NSDD) of insulators were discussed. The results show that under the same test method, the traditional method is more effective to measure ESDD and NSDD than the professional test paper, wet tissue, and cotton ball methods. The more serious of the contamination, the bigger the difference of measuring methods is. The test results provide reference to the selection of natural contamination measurement scheme for insulators. Key words: ESDD; NSDD; insulator; measuring method; pollution flashover
