广东地区RTV防污闪涂层大面积脱落现象研究

摘　　要：针对广东地区室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)涂层出现的附着力变差而大面积脱落的现象,展开了实验室模拟加速老化试验,探究自然界多种因素对RTV涂层老化及其附着力的影响。结果表明:高温、高湿地区水浸润的作用是造成RTV涂层脱落的主要原因,适当增加厚度可以防止高温高湿环境下RTV涂层的脱落。Aiming at the large area of exfoliation of RTV coating brought by the deterioration of adhesive force in Guangdong, artificial accelerated ageing tests were conducted to study the effects of natural factors on the ageing and adhesive force of RTV coating. The results show that the water immersion in hot and humid region is the main reason of RTV coating exfoliation, and the exfoliation can be prevented by increasing the thikness of RTV coating properly.
