摘 要:安全阀作为承压设备最重要的安全附件之一,应每年至少校验一次。《安全阀安全技术监察规程》规定,校验项目至少包括整定压力和密封性能,密封试验压力取整定压力减0.03 MPa或90%的整定压力。若按此规定校验,可能会出现安全阀实际密封压力小于设备工作压力的情况,导致安全阀经常泄漏。安全阀校验时,密封试验压力是否有必要不低于设备工作压力,从标准要求、密封比压、泄漏试验和安全阀使用性能等方面探讨了安全阀密封试验压力的取值问题。As one of the most important safety accessories of pressure equipment, the safety valves should be calibrated at least once a year. In the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Safety Valves", it provides that calibration includes at least set pressure and tight per- formance, the value of tight test pressure have been gathered by setting pressure minus 0. 03 MPa or 90 percent of set pressure. According to this,it may appear that the actual tight pressure is less than working pressure of equipment, resulting in frequent leakage of the safety valves. Is it neces- sary that tight pressure must be not less than working pressure of equipment during the safety valves calibration? The value for tight test pressure of safety valves is discussed from the standard requirements, tight test pressure, leakage test, using performance of safety valves.
