摘 要:针对棉针织物采用高温绳状间歇式加工方式存在高能耗、高水耗、效率低、污染物排放量大等问题,提出了采用等离子体、生物酶生态染整集成技术,开发设计了节能型平幅连续式棉针织生态染整前处理生产线,并与传统工艺进行对比。分析了该前处理工艺在提高产品质量、节能减排、高效环保方面的效果。结果表明:织物经等离子体、生物酶生态染整集成技术处理后,在助剂用量减少50%~70%的情况下,半漂布的质量与传统工艺相比,其毛效和强力考核指标均可满足后续生产要求并好于传统工艺;提高了对织物的处理效果,降低了织物强力损伤。In order to change the situation of high energy consumption, high water consumption, low efficiency and large pollutant discharge in the high temperature rope type intermittent processing of cotton knitted fabric, a new open pretreatment process combing with plasma and bio-enzyme were designed, and comparing with traditional process, and effects of this pretreatment process is analyzed in aspects of improving quality of production efficiency, energy saving, and emission reduction, and environmental protection. The results show that after the plasma pretreatment, the amount of additives agent reduces by 50%-70%, the strength and capillary effect of the semibleached fabric can still meet the subsequent production requirements which is better than the traditional process; the treatment effect of fabric and application performance was improved with a low damage to fabric strength.
