涤纶经编绒拔染印花织物的开发

摘　　要：以8.3 tex/36 f、16.7 tex/36 f、22.2 tex/35 f半光扁平涤纶FDY长丝为面纱,5.6 tex/24 f、11.1tex/48 f涤纶FDY长丝为底纱,开发了一种涤纶经编绒织物。详细介绍了织造、预定形、染色、拔染印花工艺,在改性剂的作用下利用氯化亚锡锡对涤纶经编绒拔染进行拔染印花。结果表明,本文开发的涤纶经编绒印花织物布面清爽,色光纯真,花型轮廓清晰、深浅过渡自然,手感柔滑丰满、富有弹性,极大地丰富了涤纶经编绒面料品种,引领了市场消费需求。Using 8.3 tex/36 f, 16.7 tex/36 f, 22.2 tex/35 f semi-dull flat polyester FDY filament as face yarn and 5.6 tex/24 f, 11.1 tex/48 f polyester FDY filament as ground yarn to develop a polyester warp knitted pile fabric. The process of weaving, preforming, dyeing, dischange printing is introduced in detail, under the action of modifier, styrochloride is used in the process of discharge printing on polyester warp pile fabric. The results show that the fabric developed in this bear clear texture, good luster, clear pattern configuration, natural transition from deep color to light, even style, smooth and soft hand, and good elasticity, which greatly enrich the style characteristics of polyester warp knitted pile fabric, stimulate and lead the consumer demand in merket.
