摘　　要：涤棉混纺织物传统染色工艺工序多、耗时长、加工成本高,为提高生产效能,降低染整工艺成本,采用分散、活性染料一浴法染色,结合染色后清洗剂ZETESAL NPC进行清洗。结果表明,新工艺缩短了工艺流程,提高了生产效率,产品质量稳定,有效降低了生产成本,满足了节能减排的要求。Conventional dyeing process had the problems of too many process, time consuming and high processing cost. In order to improve productive efficiency, reduce the cost of dyeing and finishing, it adopted onebath dyeing with disperse dyes and reactive dyes, and cleaning process combined with cleaning agent ZETESAL NPC. The results show that the new process shortens technological process, improves the production efficiency, stabilizes product quality, reduces production costs and also meets the requirements of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
