征信视角下大学生诚信体系建设机制的构建——以甘肃省天水市为例

摘　　要：当前,大学生群体存在学业诚信缺失、经济诚信缺失、就业诚信缺失等问题。结合天水市大学生诚信建设的现实情况,分析大学生诚信缺失的具体表现及成因,采用AHP层次分析法,探索构建征信视角下大学生诚信体系建设的新机制,建议开设"现代征信学"课程、建立大学生信用信息档案、加大信用信息评价结果的应用。At present, there are problems such as lack of academic integrity, lack of economic integrity and lack of integrity in collegian employment. Considering the present status of the construction of collegians＇ integrity in Tianshui city, the paper analyzes the phenomena and causes for lack of collegians＇ integrity, with the method of AHP, establishing a new mechanism for the construction of collegians＇ integrity system from the perspective of credit reporting. Suggestions are proposed as follows： setting up a course called ＂ Modern Credit Reporting＂, establishing collegians credit archives information, and enhancing the application of credit information evaluations.
