摘 要:选用Ti_4O_7作为添加剂加入到铅酸蓄电池的正极中,通过线性扫描伏安法、充放电循环及交流阻抗谱等方法,研究添加剂的含量对铅酸蓄电池的放电容量、电极析氧过电位及循环寿命的影响。研究结果表明,当向铅酸蓄电池的正极添加一定量的Ti_4O_7时,可使电池的析氧过电位和电池活性物的利用率得到有效的提高,延长电池的循环寿命。当所添加Ti_4O_7的质量为铅粉质量的0.3%时,可使蓄电池的容量提高12.35%,当所添加Ti_4O_7的质量为铅粉质量的0.6%时,电池的循环寿命最长,可提高17.21%。Ti4O7 as an additive was added into the cathode of lead acid battery. The effect of the additives content on the discharge capacity, oxygen evolution overpotential and cycle life of lead-acid batteries was studied by means of linear sweep voltammetry, charge and discharge cycle and AC impedance spectroscopy. The research results show that when a certain amount of Ti4O7 is added into the cathode of the lead acid battery, the hydrogen evolution overpotential and the active material utilization of the battery can be effectively improved, and the cycle life of the battery can be prolonged. When the added Ti4O7 quality is 0.3% of the lead powder quality, the battery capacity can increase by 12.35%; when the added Ti4O7 quality is 0.6% of the lead powder quality, the cycle life of the battery is the longest and can be improved by 17.21%.
