摘 要:设计一款铅蓄电池快速充电系统。传统充电技术有着效率低、高功耗、高损害等致命缺点,铅酸蓄电池在应用工程中,对充电技术提出了更高的要求。利用MSP430作为主控制器,采用马斯三定律及马斯的脉冲充放电思想设计,通过外围检测电路对蓄电池实时监测,进而实时调整充电状态以实现充电智能化,弥补了传统充电器不足,大大提高充电效率。与传统铅蓄电池充电器相比较,具有充电速度快、效率高、对电池损害低、可视化、可人机交互、高可控及兼具远程在线管理控制的特点。The lead acid battery fast charging system was designed.The traditional charging technology has fatal shortcomings of low efficiency, high power consumption and high damage.Lead acid battery in engineering puts forward higher request for the charging technology. With MSP430 as the main controller, the Maas three laws and Maas pulse charge and discharge design were used. Through the external circuit, the real-time monitoring for battery was conducted,and the real-time adjustment of state of charge was conducted in order to realize the intelligent battery charging,making up the lack of traditional charger and greatly improving the charging efficiency.Compared with the traditional lead acid battery charger, it has the characteristics of high charging speed,high efficiency, low damage to the cells, visualization,human computer interaction,high controllability and remote online management control.
