摘 要:采用锂离子电池电极制备方法——涂布工艺,分别制备了热电池正极和电解质薄膜,通过结构、形貌及电化学性能测试证明了涂布工艺在热电池领域的可行性。将电解质涂布在正极基底上,在两者的界面处形成正极与电解质复合体,利用单体测试模具在高温下进行放电,结果表明采用此工艺相比传统的粉末压制法制备的单体热电池内阻降低,工作时间更长,表明了涂布工艺在热电池中的优越性。The cathode and electrolyte thin film were prepared by coating technology used in lithium ion batteries. The feasibility of coating technology in thermal battery field was confirmed by the analysis of structure, morphology and electrochemical property. The electrolytes were coated on the cathode thin film, forming a complex of cathode and electrolytes on the interface. The battery was discharged in the mold at high temperature. The results show that compared with the traditional method, the coating technology can reduce the battery resistance and lengthen the discharge time, indicating the superiority of coating technology.
