摘 要:本文介绍了一种在转炉内处理镍钴废合金回收镍钴金属的火法处理工艺,其工艺原理是根据镍钴废合金中各元素与氧的亲和力的大小不同,使元素镍和钴分离。再经相图分析,含镍钴废合金中与氧亲和力比镍更大的杂质元素Fe、W、Cr、Mo、V、Mn、Ta、Nb、Al等将不同程度地氧化人渣,而产出的高冰镍中微含或不含有这些杂质元素。这些杂质元素的氧化物一般也不会沉积在转炉和电炉炉底而形成炉结。其次试验时长40天,镍钴废合金加入转炉处理进行试验,试验结果表明利用该工艺处理镍、钴废合金不会对转炉吹炼和电炉熔炼产生不良影响,同时有利于提高整个矿热电炉系统的镍、钴综合回收率。A pyrometallurgical process to treat Ni-Co waste alloy in the converter is described in the paper,the process is based on the principle of different size nickel-cobalt alloy scrap and oxygen affinity of each element, so that the element nickel and cobalt separation. Oxides of these impurity elements generally will not be deposited in the con- verter and electric furnace to form a bottom junction. Second, the test length of 40 days, the nickel-cobalt scrap alloy added converter processing test, the results shows that the carft is good to converter blowing and electric furnace smelting, the comprehensive recovery ra- tio of Ni and Co in ore smelting electric furnace system is also increased.
