摘　　要：装备实训教学是提高学生熟悉和操作装备的有效手段,然而学生在装备实训教学中容易出现安全、规范、理论与实装贯穿理解等方面的问题,在分析8S管理概念的基础上,分别从8S管理所要求的方面探讨了相应的应用途径,以实现装备实训教学的规范化管理,使学生形成良好的习惯和素养,提高实训教学效果。Equipment practical teaching can improve students＇ understanding and operating equipment effectively. However, the students are prone to making some mistakes of safety , standard and combination of theory and practice in the equipment practical teaching. On the basis of the analysis of 8S management concept, this paper discusses the corresponding application way in each demand of 8S management respectively, so as to realize the standardized management of equipment practical teaching. At last, it can make the students to form good habit and literacy, and also can improve the practical teaching effect.
