摘　　要：通过多年的生产实践探索,可分别采用中频感应电炉和低频有芯感应电炉试制生产BZn15-20锌白铜扁锭,成功解决了其铸锭表面夹渣、挂裂、内部气孔和热轧开裂等制约生产的"瓶颈"问题,并从理论上进行了分析、总结及提高,实践证明,采用低频有铁芯感应电炉及适当的生产工艺,完全可生产出高质量的BZn15-20扁锭。Through many years＂ production practice, it can respectively use medium frequency induction furnace and low frequency induction furnace with the trial production BZnl5-20 zinc argentan fiat ingot. It successfully solved the problem on the surface of slag in the ingot casting, cracking, porosity, and hot roiling ＂ bottleneck＂ restricting the production problem such as craze. These problems were analyzed in theory, summarized and improved. The practice has proved, using low frequency induction furnaces for iron core and the proper production process, It can completely produce high quality BZn15- 20 fiat ingot.
