摘 要:随着纯氧助燃技术在阳极炉的推广应用,其热利用效率得到大幅提升,单位时间内燃料消耗量已经降至较低水平;优化生产管理、提升生产效率、提高作业阳极炉日均阳极铜产量,成为进一步降低燃料单耗的另一条途径。通过分析制约阳极炉生产效率的主要因素,分别提出解决方案;介绍江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂熔炼一系统在确保日均阳极铜产量不减的前提下,通过加快作业进度、缩短炉作业时间,减少运行阳极炉台数,从而刷新阳极炉重油单耗世界记录的生产实例。With the widespread use of pure oxygen combustion-supporting technology in anode furnace, the utilization ef- ficiency of heat in anode furnace makes an impressive promotion. The fuel consumption has been decreased to the low lever per unit time. Strengthening management of production, increasing production efficiency and improving average daily production of anode furnace become the other method to make further reduction on fuel unit consumption. Solutions are set forth accord- ing to the main factors that restricting the anode furnace operating efficiency. This paper introduces the production instance that Guixi smelter' s No.1 smelting plant of JCC refreshes the world record of heavy oil unit consumption in anode furnace with accelerating the progress of the operations, shortening the furnace operation time and reducing operating times of anode furnace on the premise of no decrease in the daily anode production .
