摘　　要：传统文化遗产在社会转型时期的剧烈冲击下面临着保护、传承与发展的巨大危机,在传统乡土社会基本结构瓦解的情境下,传统文化遗产的保护是新时期的重要任务。虽然国家、社会对非物质文化遗产保护高度重视,但非物质文化遗产仍然面临消失的巨大危机,其制度上的原因在于文化精英名录制度及非物质文化遗产保护制度存在着诸多现实问题。乡土社会的文化精英作为非物质文化传承的主要群体长期被忽略,这成为文化遗产保护的隐忧。只有不断恢复良好的文化生态环境,健全非物质文化保护制度的若干配套设施,在内生动力层面培育乡村本土的文化精英,围绕文化精英不断提高乡村向心力,修复其在乡土社会传播文化、引领价值的功能,重塑民间文化精英再生机制,方能真正将非物质文化遗产保护推向可持续发展的传承之路。As social transformation casts severe impact on the protection, inheritance and development of the traditional cultural heritage, protecting traditional cultural heritage has become an important task in the new period when traditional local social structure is in danger of collapse. Despite the great importance which the state and the society both attach to the protection of intangible cultural heritage, it is on the verge of disappear- ance as a result of the many practical problems in the cultural elite directory system and the non-material cul- tural heritage protection system.The main groups of local social and cultural elite, as the intangible cultural her- itage, have been ignored for a long time, and have become the major concerns of cultural heritage protection. The intangible cultural heritage will not be truly protected cultural and ecological environment, improve the system of unless continuous efforts are made to restore a good non-material cultural protection of a number of sup- porting facilities, nurture the cultural elite in the rural areas on the inner motive force, improve rural cohesion around the cultural elite, repair its function of spreading culture and leading val the regeneration mechanism of the folk culture.In order to promote the protectio to the path of sustainable development. ue in rural society, and reshape n of intangible cultural heritage to the path of sustainable development.
