95后大学生心理发展需求与社会工作的介入

摘　　要：95后大学生群体面临重要的人格发展任务,具有提升存在感与安全感,建立良好人际关系,认识自我价值,加快自我实现等多层面心理发展需求。社会工作介入高校学生工作,提供学校社会工作和青少年社会工作专业服务,运用个案增能、小组提升及社区发展等方法,可以更加有效回应95后大学生心理发展需求。College students born after 1995 face important tasks of their personality development. They laave needs of enhancing the sense of existence and security, building good relationships with others, cognizing their values, accelerating their self-actualization and so on. Social work intervenes in college student work by provid- ing professional service of school social work and adolescents＇ social work, using ways of enabling clients, group improvement, and community development and so on, which more effectively meets psychological devel- opment needs of college students born after 1995.
