我国高校内部治理结构改革的困境及对策研究

摘  要:治理困境的存在正深深地困扰着我国高校,高校完善内部治理结构正面临着高校改革被动化、趋同化、内卷化;改革路径依赖化、固有化、模式化;改革对策的碎片化、表象化、概括化等现实困境。高校应从重塑高校学术本质,转变办学管理理念、塑造组织协同机制,突出协同创新与办学特色,强化民主参与,弘扬大学文化等路径出发,完善内部治理结构。Chinese universities are deeply troubled by governance dilemma, and the perfection of internal governance structure in universities is faced with the passivization, convergence and in- volution of university reform; the reform path is dependent, in- herent and stereotyped; the reform path is fragmented, superficial and generalized. Therefore, universities should reshape their academic nature, change the concept of university management and running, establish the organization and coordination mecha- nism, highlight collaborative innovation and school-running characteristics, strengthen democratic participation, and carry forward the university culture, so as to improve the internal gov- ernance structure.
