摘　　要：为提高综合性医院门诊药房服务,借助HIS信息系统控制专科处方流向,改造相应的专科窗配药台,构建专窗药房模式,使患者合理分流,方便患者取药,提高门诊药房的运作效率,加强了药师专科知识的学习。In order to improve the service of outpatient pharmacy in general hospital, the HIS information system was used to control the flow of specialist prescriptions, and the corresponding specialist window dispenser was constructed and the model of pharmacy window was built. The patients were divided reasonably to facilitate the patients to take medicine and improve the operation efficiency of outpatient pharmacy, and the study of pharmacists specialist knowledge was strengthened.
