熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床疗效。方法选取妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)患者86例,分为两组,每组43例,治疗组予以"清热利湿、利胆退黄"的茵陈止痒汤为主方联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗,对照组予熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组的皮肤瘙痒症状均明显减轻(P<0.05),其中治疗组治疗后的瘙痒评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的总胆汁酸水平均有所下降,较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的肝功能水平均有所下降,较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组的肝功能下降情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods 86 patients with ICP were selected in this study and divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. The treatment group was mainly treated with Yinchen Zhiyang decoction with the function of clearing heat and dampness, benefiting bile and backing the yellow,combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules. The control group was given ursodeoxycholic acid capsules. Results The efficacy of treatment group was better than the control group. The skin itching symptoms were relieved in two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the levels of pruritus in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the total bile acid in the two groups decreased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The liver function in the two groups decreased after treatment, and there was statistically significant difference compared with that before treatment （P〈0.05）. The liver function of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is significant.
