解聚素金属蛋白酶在自身免疫性关节炎中的表达及与疾病活动的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨解聚素金属蛋白酶家族是否参与了自身免疫性关节炎的发病过程。方法:检测自身免疫性关节炎患者外周血单个核细胞中解聚素金属蛋白酶的表达,与疾病的炎症活动指标及标志性抗体进行相关分析,关节炎类型包括类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮关节炎和其他结缔组织病关节炎。结果:与健康对照者相比,解聚素金属蛋白酶在类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮关节炎和其他结缔组织病关节炎中均升高,疾病的活动性指标具有相关性。结论:解聚素金属蛋白酶家族参与了自身免疫性关节炎的发病。Objective：To study the expression of disintegrin metalloproteinases in autoimmune arthritis and its correlation with disease activity.Methods：The expression of disintegrin metalloproteinases in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with autoimmune arthritis was detected and its correlation with the inflammatory activity index and marked antibody was analyzed.The arthritis includes rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus arthritis and other connective tissue disease arthritis.Results：Compared with the healthy controls,disintegrin metalloproteinases in the rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus arthritis and other connective tissue diseases increased,which was associated with disease activity index.Conclusion：The family of disintegrin metalloproteinases involves in the pathogenesis of autoimmune arthritis
