摘  要:针对我国化工类企业在生产过程中排放大量温室气体和污染物,造成气候变暖和区域重度雾霾事件频发的现状,该文提出了基于生命周期的工业过程碳排放计量和环境影响评价方法。采用生命周期分析方法对工业过程进行碳排放清单分析,较好地理清了工艺流程中各单元的碳排放当量;同时借助GaBi软件,采用环境影响潜势分析方法对工业过程进行了进一步的环境影响评价,实现了复杂工艺流程中重污染单元的精确定位。基于内蒙古苏尼特碱厂的两类碱产品工业过程的分析表明:这两类方法运用于工业过程的生命周期分析都是可行的,分析的结果对于工业过程整改解决方案的提出具有重要的参考价值。Aiming at the current situation of climate warming and regional heavy haze events caused by the discharge of greenhouse gases and pollutants in the industrial process, the paper puts forward the carbon emission measurement and environmental impact assessment method based on LCA. The LCA method is used to analyze the carbon emissions of the industrial process, and the carbon equivalent of each unit in the process has been well calculated. Meanwhile, the GaBi software was used to evaluate the environmental impact of the industrial process, and the heavy pollution unit in the complex process has been located precisely. Based on the study of two kinds of alkali products in Sunite factory, it is shown that these two methods are both feasible for the analysis of industrial process and the results of the analysis are of great reference value for the industrial process improvement.
