摘　　要：水运工程监理单位承担的安全责任,除法律法规明确规定的内容外,还受其他不利因素的影响。从建设、施工、监理各方对水运工程安全监理的不利因素进行分析,提出了水运工程监理企业和项目监理机构为规避自身安全责任,应开展的工作和采取的有效措施。In addition to the specific provisions of laws and regulations, the safety responsibility of the safety supervision unit of the water transport project shall be affected by other unfavorable factors.Based on the analysis of the unfavorable factors of safety supervision for water transport engineering from the proprietor, constructor and supervisor, we put forward countermeasures to be taken by the water transport engineering supervision enterprise and project supervision organization to avoid safety risks.
