饲料添加茶叶青贮对鸡饲养效果的研究

摘　　要：为研究茶叶青贮饲料对鸡饲养效果的影响,试验选用健康、体重基本一致的30日龄黄羽肉鸡120只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡,分别在日粮中添加0%、5%、8%、11%的茶叶青贮进行为期30 d的对比饲养试验。饲养试验结束后每组取5只鸡屠宰后测定相关指标。结果表明:对照组末重、平均日增重、屠体重与试验1组无显著性差异(P>0.05),与试验2组、试验3组间均有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组平均日采食量高于对照组,但各组差异不明显(P>0.05);对照组与试验组间料重比无显著差异(P>0.05);对照组腿肌重明显低于试验1、2、3组(P<0.05),试验组屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌重、胸肌率、腿肌率均高于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果说明在日粮中添加茶叶青贮能够改善鸡的生产性能和屠宰性能,具有较好的饲养效果。Study on the effect of adding tea silage in the feed for production performance of broiler, 120 healthy, same body weight, at the age of 30 days old yellow broiler, were assigned to four dietary treatments with three replicates and ten broilers with each group. 0%, 5%, 8%, 11% tea silage were separately added in the feed for the comparative feed test for 30 days. At the end of the feed test, slaughter five broilers of each treatment to test related indicators. The result showed that：on final weight, average daily gain and slaughter weight the control group had no significant difference with experimental group 1（P〉 0.05）, and had significant difference with experimental group 2 and 3（P〈0.05）; Experimental group＇s average feed intake was higher than the control group, but there＇s no significant difference between the groups（P〉0.05）; In part of ratios between feed and body weight there＇s no significant difference between the four groups（P〉0.05）. The leg meat weight of the control group was significantly lower than the experimental groupl, 2, 3（P〈0.05） the experimental groups were higher than the control group on slaughter rate, carcass net rate, breast meat weight,breast rate and leg meat rate, but there＇s no significant differenee compared with the four groups（P〉0.05）. These results indicated that adding tea silage in feed could improve growth performance and slaughter performance of broiler, had better feed effect.
