摘  要:仔猪白痢为仔猪常发疾病,严重制约生猪养殖产业。试验以沈阳地区某规模化生猪养殖场患白痢的63头仔猪为研究对象,对其进行病原菌分离、鉴定及药物敏感性试验。结果表明,该场仔猪白痢主要病原菌为大肠杆菌,共得到大肠杆菌分离株55株。分离株对磺胺甲基异恶唑耐药率最高、其次为青霉素;分离株对头孢噻呋最敏感。分离株多药耐药现象较为严重,同时耐受5种抗菌药物的分离株最多,占27.3%。White scour of piglet is a common disease in piglets, which restricted the hog breeding industry. In this study, 63 piglets with white scour were ehosed from a large-scale hog breeding farm in Shenyang area. Pathogenic bacteria separation test, bacteria identification test and MIC test were eartied out. The results showed that E. eoli were the main pathogenic hacteria in this farm, 55 isolates were obtained. The isolates were highly resistance to sulfamethoxazole and penicillin, and sensitive to eeftiofur. Muhidrug resistance situation were sever, 27.3% isolates were resistance 5 antibacterial agents at once.
