摘　　要：以云南省中医药管理局微信公众服务平台——"云南中医"为例,采用重要性-绩效复合分析与对应分析法,从用户满意角度出发,对28项满意度指标进行评价,探究中医药健康微信的重要性认知与用户特征间的关系,进而有针对地提出发展个性化中医药健康信息推荐、强化平台用户有效互动等建议。Taking the Wechat public service platform of Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yunnan-＂ Yunnan Zhongyi＂ as an example,the paper uses the Importance-performance Analysis （IPA） and corresponding analysis method,from the users＇ satisfaction perspective,evaluates 28 satisfaction indicators,discusses the relationship between the importance recognition of health Wechat of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and user characteristic,so as to propose the development of individual TCM health information recommendation and strengthen the effective interaction of platform users.
