摘　　要：在介绍临床重点专科和远程会诊现状的基础上,重点从可行性、远程会诊医学网络组织结构以及"以就医者需求为中心"服务模式3方面论述基于临床重点专科的远程会诊模式。Based on introducing the current status of clinical key specialty and remote consultation, the paper discusses the remote consultation modes based on clinical key specialty mainly from 3 aspects： feasibility, medical network organization structure as well as ＂hospitalier - centered＂ service mode.
