摘 要:研究了相变循环参数对304超塑性不锈钢耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:使用失重法时,在含Cl离子的酸中,当拉伸速率增加时,耐腐蚀性下降。耐腐蚀性随变形量增加而增加,当变形量超过30%后,耐腐蚀性降低。当时效温度升高时,耐腐蚀性下降。时效时间增加,耐腐蚀性有所降低。循环次数增加,耐腐蚀性趋于平稳。在NaOH中,试样均处于耐蚀水平。在中性盐雾腐蚀实验中,经过了处理的试样的耐腐蚀性低于原样。The effect of phase change parameters on corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel was studied. Theresults showed that the corrosion resistance of C1 acid was decreased when the stretching rate increased. The corrosionresistance increased with the increase of deformation. When the deformation was more than 30%, the corrosion resistancedecreased. When the aging temperature increased, the corrosion resistance decreased. The corrosion resistance decreasedwith the increase of aging time. With the increase of the number of cycles, the corrosion resistance tended to be stable. InNaOH, the samples were in the corrosion resistance. In the neutral salt spray corrosion test, the corrosion resistance of thetreated sample was lower than that of the original sample. "
