摘  要:采用自制的有机皂土为固定相的高效石英毛细管柱,快速分离芳烃、二氯苯和二氯甲苯位置异构体3种体系。在一定的色谱条件下,5 min内完成邻、间、对二氯苯的分离,6 min内完成邻、间、对二甲苯的分离,仅在2.6 min内二氯甲苯6种位置异构体即能达到基线分离,峰形对称,柱效高;采用面积归一化法定量,能检测到产品中0.01%的异构体含量,其含量相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.0%;实验表明本方法分析快速、精密度高,能满足化工企业质量检测和大气污染环境监测的分析测试要求。A high - performance fuse - silicaseparated the isomers of aromatic hydrocarbon,capillary column with bentone as composite stationary liquids, whichdichlorobenzene and toluene dichloride rapidly, was self-developed.Under a given GC condition, the isomers of dichlorobenzenen can be separated in 5 min. The isomers of xylene can beseparated in 6 min. The toluene dichloride of 6 kinds of positional isomers reached the baseline separation in only 2.6 minwith the symmetrical peaks and high column efficiency. By the quantitative method of area normalization, is method candetect the content of isomer less than 0. 01% in the product, and RSD of the content was less than 1.0%. Experimentsshowed that this method was faster with high precision, can not only meet the testing-of quality in the chemicalenterprises, but also reach the requirements of the atmospheric environment pollution detection.
