摘  要:基于苯乙烯技术和发展现状,以稀乙烯制乙苯/苯乙烯联合装置为分析方向,着重分析装置如何在低负荷下进行能量优化。分析了东方石化乙苯/苯乙烯装置能耗高的主要原因。结合装置现目前的负荷,针对装置存在的问题,采取了蒸汽过热炉热效率提升、外购原料乙苯、投用热乙苯、优化脱氢压缩机蒸汽用量等节能降耗措施,改造后单位综合能耗在高负荷时能够低于设计值,达到了很好的节能降耗的目的。Based on the technology of styrene and the development of the present situation, the direction of theethylbenzene/styrene combined device with dilute ethylene was analyzed, and how to optimize the energy at low load wasfocused on. The main reasons for the high energy consumption of oriental petrochemical ethylbenzene/styrene plant wereanalyzed. Combined with the current load of the device, for the existence of the device problems, taking the steamsuperheater to improve the thermal efficiency, outsourcing of raw materials ethylbenzene, using hot ethylbenzene, theamount of dehydrogenation compressor steam energy consumption measures was optimized, energy consumption in the highload can be lower than the design value, a good purpose of saving energy was achieved.
