摘　　要：农民利益保护机制是陕西省全面建成小康社会的薄弱环节。国内有关省份的成熟经验和做法,为陕西省建立被征地农民利益保护机制提供了经验和思路。要解决陕西存在的问题,就要以土地流转交易机制、征地补偿机制、工作机制为突破路径,在妥善建设安置房和过渡房、拓宽被征地农民就业渠道、完善被征地农民社会保障机制、多渠道扩大被征地农民生活保障资金来源、完善征地补偿政策和管理制度等方面多角度、多层面探寻被征地农民利益保护的解决办法。The peasants＇ interest-protection mechanism is the weak link of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects of Shaanxi province. Investigation and analysis about mature experience and practice in domestic related provinces determines research ideas for Shaanxi province to establish the interest-protection mechanism of the landless peasants. Combining with the existing problems in Shaanxi province, we should take countermeasures in order to seek better solutions to protect the interests of the landless peasants. The measures are land transfer transaction mechanism; compensation mechanism; working the mechanism as breaking path; in the proper construction of resettlement housing and transitional housing, it is essential to broaden the employment channels of landless farmers, improve the social security mechanism, expand the channels of living security funds source, improve the land requisi- tion compensation policy and especially, management system as the key content. All in all, from multi angles, multi-levels ,we seek so- lutions to protect the interests of farmers.
