特色小城镇建设的现状、问题及对策——基于陕西省宝鸡市蔡家坡镇的调研

摘　　要：从经济实力、人口规模、城市综合承载力和城乡一体化发展等方面来看,蔡家坡镇已成为事实上的"小城市"。目前蔡家坡在建设现代化小城市过程中还存在三大问题。要解决这三大问题,就必须坚持规划引领,明确小城市发展新目标;坚持赋权增能,激发蔡家坡镇发展新活力等。From the economic strength, the size of the population, the city＇s comprehensive carrying capacity and the integration of urban and rural development, Caijiapo town has actually become a ＂small city＂ in Caijiapo. At present, there are three major issues in the process of building a modern small city. To solve these three problems, we must adhere to the planning guidance, clear small city development target; adhere to empowerment, stimulate the development of new vitality Caijiapo town.
