摘 要:采用盆栽法研究了4种土壤镉浓度处理:0、50、100mg·kg^(-1)和200mg·kg^(-1)(以风干土计)对东北枫(Acer mandshuricum)和东北山梅花(Philadelphus schrenkii)1年生苗生物量及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,在含有不同浓度镉的土壤中生长70d后,随着土壤中镉处理浓度的增加,2树种的荧光参数Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和qP均逐渐降低,qNP则逐渐上升;一个生长季结束后,2树种苗木生物量累积随镉浓度的增大均逐渐降低。不同镉浓度处理间东北枫的生物量和荧光参数变化幅度较大,相对而言,东北山梅花具有较强的抗镉污染能力。In this study,the effects of soil cadmium contamination on the biomass and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of the seedlings of two species (Acer mandshuricum and Philadelphus schrenkii) were investigated.Four concentrations of Cd (0,50,100 mg·kg-1 and 200 mg·kg-1) were applied to air-dried soil of the potted 1-year-old seedlings.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ,and qP) of the two species gradually decreased after 70 days treatment,whereas qNP increased gradually.After one growing season,biomass accumulation of two kinds of seedlings declined with the increase of Cd concentration.Biomass and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of A.mandshuricum had greater variation range,indicating that P.schrenkii had relatively stronger resistant ability to cadmium contamination.
